Natural Remedies for Menstrual Disorders

Menstrual disorders can include excessive bleeding, excessively dark menstrual blood, bad smelling menstrual odor and irregular menstrual cycles. Whole lemon puree:
This is one powerful and healing remedy that has worked in correcting all sorts of menstrual disorders. It is a great blend for female sexual organs and glands. It contains active bioflavonoids which go straight to the uterus and vagina, dissolving vaginal mucus, restoring pH balance and regulating the female reproductive system.

Puree a whole lemon in a blender with 1 cup of distilled water and drink 1-2 times daily.

You can also try a whole orange or grapefruit puree for similar benefits. Use organic fresh produce when blending the peel and wash thoroughly.

Black Strap Molasses:
Great for building and balancing the blood. Put 2 tbsp in warm water, twice daily. Make sure you get an organic unsulphured black strap molasses. You can add this to your lemon puree if you would like to get more ‘bang for your buck’.

*Bonus Tips*
-Seaweed or Kelp can also be beneficial. Kelp is high in iron, calcium, and potassium, it is incredibly useful as a everyday nutrient for women’s needs. It is especially great during menstruation, pregnancy and while nursing. Kelp normalizes glands and hormones.

-Go on a black grape fast eating only black grapes for 1-3 days. Grape detox is an ideal way to detox the body from toxins and wastes.

Final Note
As with most health problems you’re going to want to avoid pasteurized dairy, hydrogenated fats, processed starch and sugar.
